Didn't do anything yesterday, unfortunately. Laziness and work and lack of motivation.
Today I went for a run at dusk, doing 2.6 miles at less than 8 minutes per mile pace. As slow as this sounds, I used to consider 8 minutes per mile as a benchmark for me, so I feel happier at having gone under that.
I also did 150 pressups, mainly in 25s.
Need to stretch - after a week of relative inactivity I could feel my body tensing up on me.
A couple of weeks more and then I'm off!
