Did another 2 miles yesterday - in the middle I sort of ran 1K at the fastest pace I could manage and was pleased to do it in 4:15, although I'll work to do it under 4:00. There was a lot of dodging on that - cyclists, dogs and all. Jogged the remainder to make it 2.5 miles again and did 16 pullups.
It's a weights day today.
