It's a lovely day today. It started off chilly but the sun came out just before noon and it's been glorious ever since. The Canadian geese were even doing tricks on the water, I swear!
The only downside to it was that I didn't cruise the river banks in my running gear. I've been nursing a damn cold since Friday and did just some light circuit training yesterday for about 25 minutes, because I decided to give today's run a miss to help me get over the cold. And boy did I miss it! Why should I get the flu and miss running on a day like this!
5 more sessions to twenty - the next milestone.

Sometimes running flushes out the system, as long as it is all above the shoulders. Anything else needs rest and fluids!

if its a head cold then run if you got those aches and pains of the joints rest..but either way drink fluids and plus the florida oj.
