Meet the Parents

Busy day today. We went to renew our contract for the place in the morning and then it's just been tidying up and getting ready for the parents to arrive. It's been a little stressful but I'm dealing with it okay, I guess.

I'll have to try to fit it some runs and weights during the next week while they're here doing a bit of sightseeing. Unfortunately none of my family fancies running, let alone running around central London. "If you do that near a tube station, you might find the coppers after you and get five shots to the head!"
