Another quick update:

1) Found a new place and have been busy with moving. All nice and tidy now.
2) Holiday in France before term starts.
3) Been lounging around, but pleased I'm putting on a bit of weight.
4) Will get a step machine (good one from Boots) for the winter.
5) Olympics - good entertaining stuff!
