Not much exercise the past few days. Bought a Camelbak Classic 2 litres yesterday and am itching to try it out.
My next running aim is to do my 10Ks under 50 minutes, which is like 8 minute miles for that distance. Usually I fade out for a bit towards the end and reach 10Ks in 55 minutes, and then catch my second wind and do 11Ks under that timing. Hopefully with a bit of hydration on my back I'll be able to do better, and maybe even go to 45 minutes as well. The triathletes do that - 10Ks of about 35 -40 minutes, but of course that's after they've swum 1.5K and biked 40Ks or something like that.
