Did 2 miles yesterday in between Monday night comedies (sacrificed the last bit of Everybody Loves Raymond and all of Grounded for Life) and did them slow, 10 minute per mile pace.
Today I've done 100 pressups - 40, 30 then 30 and nothing more. Wanted to go swimming or for a long run but it was raining and I didn't have the mood.
Contemplating whether to go running tonight, or tomorrow morning, or tomorrow evening. The hump of my work week is coming up and I don't like to train excessively on terribly busy work days.
