Leg work, abs, and curls yesterday while watching TV. It's increasingly harder to want to do work, and exercise. Really feel deskbound.

Did calf raises, hamstring curls, and free weight squats. The squats are the best thing I've done for a long time. Just went up on an up and down motion, no weights, strict form, and I feel like Quadzilla today.
