Hams and quads ache like nuts!
Did mainly bicep curls yesterday - 15s on 20lbs and then some situps and calf raises afterwards.
Today I've gone to the gym after work. Did 2 sets of dips, triceps pressdowns on 50 lbs, leg presses on 80ks - that's all about it.
Today's a good day to be a Bucs fan - they win the Superbowl. Watched only the first half on TV before leaving for work - should have been at Qualcomm stadium instead!
