The desk won yesterday. No exercise. Still fatigued over the 11K - best excuse I can think of, anyway.
Just finished my dips, lat pulldowns, tri pressdowns and leg presses in 15 mins in the gym. I went up to 95ks on the leg press machine, which was a bit of a surprise. Not much, I know - it's only 200 pounds, but I've never even been on a leg press machine before! Not that I can recall, anyway.
Hopefully going running later today after class and will finish off the evening with pressups and chinups.
