Squeal from afield
Visited my folks last week. Thirteen-and-a-half hours is a long time to sit on a plane. Considered doing pressups at the back of the aisle on the plane, but I'm not that crazy enough. We were so ill from the week before, we nearly didn't go. One of us ended up having to lie down at the gate before we boarded. I still have a cold. From three weeks back. I don't know if it's the lack of exercise that makes me unhealthy, or because I'm not healthy that I don't exercise. Either way, I feel a bit rubbish and that has to change.
The Fahrenheit gauge is in the 50s as we approach that part of the year I hate. Dark nights, cold days - I'm really looking forward to getting to the other side of the year.

You got me - 13.5 hours in a plane is worse than 14 hours in a car - we got breaks!
Hope you are feeling better soon - no sense beating yourself up about lack of exercise, once you are better it will come back.
I hope your trip was fun!

That is a long flight. How have you been? Make sure you run and we can do a cyber 5K race here next month.

Yikes, your parents must live overseas because it takes only six hours to fly cross-country and seven-nine to get to Europe. You have my sympathies.
