Is exercise taking over your life?
Boil water in kettle.
Do one set of pressups.
Slice one zucchini and fry on low heat.
Do one set of pressups.
Cook pasta according to instructions on packet.
Do one set of pressups (repeat as necessary).
Drain pasta when ready.
Wilt one packet of spinach (low heat, with cream and pesto).
Do one set of pressups.
Add zucchini and pasta.
Stir. Do one set of pressups. Superset stirring with pressups.
Enjoy your pasta with zucchini and spinach in a pesto and cream sauce.
(I got in over 120 pressups this way.)
