Began the weekend doing pressups and I'm trying to get started on doing 3 sets of pressups every day, concentrating on maintaining proper form instead of counting reps. I find I get better results when I press like I'm doing a bench press - using the lower half of my palm, and press from just below the pec line.
I didn't have anything suitable, so I had to do my standing tricep curls on Sunday night with my briefcase. It's a good way to maintain good form again - try to heave the weight with your back instead of controlled movements with the tricep, and you bop yourself at the back of the head.
Job-wise, things are looking better. From Easter, I will have 18 lessons at the school instead of the 10 I'm having now, so that will nearly double my income at the moment. I was quite pleased to learn the news yesterday.
Nothing much else to mention - life seems to be getting better; now if only the same could be said of the weather (although I did have a short 7 minute trot today) ...
