Still feeling the lat ache from the chins, I did my 200 pressups today. I also swam 110 laps - the first 20 were a warmup, then I did 3 laps of 20s at 20 - 22 seconds per lap. 22 seconds seems to work fine. After that I was winded and my form broke, but I just went on swimming anyway. Did 3 sets of shoulder presses at 13k, about 12 - 15 reps.
Feel like I've burnt up a lot of energy today - I've been eating, eating, eating, and still hungry.
Kate's been sick over the last few days. Never mix champagne and beer. Better yet, don't drink.
Intending to do a light run or the stair route again in the morning before work.
