Hmmph
I'm having a break at the moment at work. 20 minutes. I had longer, but it's all been taken up with doing bits here and there. Hard to imagine that, last week, I even thought I might be able to get a run in during Friday lunchtime. Yesterday I thought I might have time to do pressups and weights during my break, but I've got to catch my lunch somewhere.
Went on the stepper last night, but I wish I hadn't. Heart rate - a miserly 120bpm on average. I might as well not have tried. No matter what I did - fast, slow, pressups etc, nothing would get the heart rate higher than 130, 135. I only did the bare minimum of 20 minutes and then gave up. At least I'm away from #50. Hope for something better over the weekend. Hope yours is good too.

Sounds like you made a good decision to stop. Some days it's just not there, and that's a-okay. I bet you have a good workout this weekend. ;)
