I'll be logging my training on this site. My cardio over the last four days:
Wed 8th: Off.
Tue 7th: 7K.
Mon 6th: Off.
Sun 5th: 4K.
Sat 4th: 6k.
Fri 3rd: Off day.
Thurs 2nd: 6K.
Wed 1st: Off day.
Haven't logged any weights because I don't really keep track. Who counts how many reps you're doing as you watch TV?
